In May 1994, after a buddy's
birthday party, a group of friends came to our home
in Douglas, Alaska to play poker. Since then, our
poker clan has played dozens of poker variations,
some that work well, others that fail
miserably. These pages contain 6 pages of
our favorite games plus an additional page
describing how we play poker here at the igloo.
You'll find standards, common variations,
homebrews, reader suggestions, and other games
scammed off the 'net. Extra special thanks to Camille
Brill, Gerry Davis, Daniel Boone, John Gaguine,
Steve Weaver, Ken Truitt, Rick Hawkins, and all the
others who have mosied to our table over these past
few years. I hope you find a few of these
games to your liking and try some out at your next
home game!
