Krystal hauled my gelding, Bacardi, from Oregon to my front door last spring, and I couldn't have found a better transport for him.   From the beginning Krystal was by far the best price out there. Many haulers will tell you that you get what you pay for–  but with Krystal and Haulin’ Ass Trailering, you get the BEST PRICE AND THE BEST SERVICE AVAILABLE. Before the trip she was very professional and wanted to know Bacardi’s complete history. Any other haulers I’d talked to just wanted to know locations, or nearest locations for the pick up and drop off. My horse was located in a very remote part of Oregon, out of the way for anyone, but Krystal had no problem what so ever going all the way to Wallowa and picking him up.  While they were on the road she would call every evening to give me an update on how things were going. She really does take care of the horses she hauls as if they are her own. She knows how much horses mean to their owners. One things for sure – if I need another horse hauled from outside, or anywhere in the state, Krystal is the only person I will call. She's very professional, knows what she's doing, and she will always return your call or email as soon as possible. She even sent me a Christmas card! How many haulers do that!

Thank you Krystal!

I contacted Krystal to haul my horse up from Oregon in 2007.  I was impressed with her straight forward approach.  She was very attainment to find all the information that she needed to take the best of care for my horse.  She knows exactly all the right questions to ask.

My horse was unfortunately was one of the "problem" horses on the very long trip from the lower 48!  It came as a complete shock to me. According to the contract Krystal could of charged me extra for the trailer training that was provided for my mare...However she didn't press the issue...for that I was thankful..She gave me the benefit of doubt as I gave her my word that truly I had never had any problems with her at all prior.  My mare was young and I'm sure she was stressed to being hauled so many miles and of course being with other strange horses she didn't know.

My mare arrived in a timely manner....she looked good.  Other than the normal exhaustion that was totally expected after the long haul plus getting use to new surrounding my mare made it through and recovered quickly and happy....

Krystal is very confident in her hauling abilities...She is independent and very horse Savvy...I would use her again if needed for any future haul I might possibly make.

One other thing that really was outstanding in the quality of service;  she drove directly to the pasture to pick up my mare, and she drove directly to my pasture to deliver.

She even took time to have a promised hot breakfast dinner consisting of sausage gravy and biscuits with fried eggs and tea.  She rested and talked and I was able to get to know her and her little sweet daughter.  It was just a wonderful time.

Krystal transported my mare and colt from Idaho and did an excellent job.  The previous owner had delays in receiving the proper travel documentation that delayed the transport pick up date.  She was able to work around the delays to ensure both the mare and colt were transported to Alaska.  I doubt that other transporters would have been so helpful and flexible.  Krytal kept in constant touch with us during the transport.  This was especially important when transporting 2 month old colt who we were not sure would travel well.   I'm happy to report that both mare and colt arrived safely and under no duress at all.  I would definitely use her services again without any concern.

I'm a big believer in the saying "you get what you pay for". Well, I can honestly say that with Krystal you get much more than you pay for. Krystal picked up my 3 year old rescue horse in Oregon. He was in very poor shape. There was a delay getting his paperwork signed so while she was waiting on that, she trimmed up his feet for the trip. He'd never had them done before. Krystal gave 200% to my poor guy, from trimming his feet before loading him up, to treating sores on his face from a too small halter, to feeding him non-stop on the trip back, and giving him some extra loving I'm sure. I'm extremely pleased with the way she took care of Cody. I've seen horses arrive at their destination sick because of the stress on them. Cody arrived calm, stress free and well cared for. One thing I'll say for sure is that Krystal is the only person I'll trust to transport my horses to or from the lower 48, unless I do it myself.

  A BIG thank you, Krystal!
