Schucker Motorsailors were shoal draft cruisers made in the late 1970's and early 80's. It is thought that nearly a hundred were made mostly like the ones shown on this page. These are 40 ft. long and have a beam of 14ft. With a draft of 3' they are truly a great boat for shallow water. The 40ft. versions included a regular sailboat, a trawler as well as the motorsailor.
