James R. Hemsath, P.E., P.M.P.
Manager, Integrity1, LLC

A licensed Professional Engineer in Alaska and Ohio, Mr. Hemsath has over 25 years project experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer and Internal Consultant. He has special expertise in HSE audits, Management of Change, and Mechanical Integrity. In 2002 he established Integrity1, LLC with the goal of sharing and promoting project integrity in a more global application.

Jim is a faculty member of the Engineering and Science Management Department of the University of Alaska Anchorage. He has developed and is the lead instructor in a unique advanced project management program for project managers in Russia Far East. As a certified instructor for Kepner-Tregoe, he has taught seminars in Problem Analysis and Decision Making.

Jim has earned a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
